Our Father in heaven…
today I come before You to ask for all those who are silently carrying anxiety and depression.
You know what they feel…
that exhaustion no one sees,
that sadness that comes without warning,
those thoughts that won’t let them rest.
Lord, I ask You with all my heart to draw near to them,
to surround them with Your peace,
to hold their mind, their heart, and their emotions.
When anxiety rushes through them,
give them moments of calm.
When sadness dims their spirit,
light in them a small spark of hope.
Remind them how much they are worth,
how deeply they are loved,
and that they don’t have to go through this alone.
Give them strength to keep going,
even when everything feels heavy today.
Hold them in those moments when they feel like they can’t go on.
Place the right people in their path,
people who know how to listen,
who know how to stay,
without judging.
Father, enter into the deepest parts of their heart,
and begin to heal, little by little, those wounds no one else sees.
And even if the process is slow,
may Your presence never leave them,
because with You… there is always a way forward.
Today I place them in Your hands, trusting that You are working,
even when they cannot feel it.
All this I ask in the name of Christ Jesus, amen.
