Lord…
Today I don’t come to ask for anything.
Today I come to acknowledge.
Because if I’m honest, many times I look for You when I lack something…
but I forget to seek You when everything is calm.
And today I want to pause…
to say thank You.
Thank You for life…
for the simple fact of waking up, breathing, being here.
Thank You for what I have…
but also for what I don’t have,
because even in what I don’t understand, I know You are working.
Thank You for the times You protected me without me realizing it…
for the doors You closed, even when it hurt…
and for the ones You opened at the perfect time.
Thank You for my family…
for those who are near…
and for those who, even from afar, are still part of my story.
Thank You for the good moments…
but also for the difficult ones,
because there, in the middle of the pain, is where I felt Your presence the most.
Forgive me, Lord…
because many times I have lived as if everything depended on me…
as if You were not there.
Forgive me for the times I complained…
without realizing everything You had already given me.
Today I want to recognize that without You… I am nothing.
That everything I have… comes from You.
And that everything I am… is in Your hands.
Thank You for not giving up on me…
for Your patience…
for Your constant love…
for Your grace that never runs out.
And even if tomorrow I face things I don’t understand…
today I choose to trust.
Because if You have sustained me this far…
I know You will not let me go.
